Albert B. Kelly has been President/CEO of Tri-County for more than 30 years. Under his guidance, Tri-County has grown to become one of the largest community action programs in New Jersey with an annual budget over $45 million. The agency serves more than 90,000 low-to-moderate income people through 50 programs at sites in Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem counties in southern New Jersey.
Mr. Kelly has volunteered for and been appointed to various community boards including:
- Cumberland County College’s Board of Trustees
- Cumberland County Selective Board
- Advisory Board Member of Hudson United Bank (Cumberland & Salem)
- New Jersey Community Action Association member
- Chairman of the Cumberland County Improvement Authority
- Workforce Investment Board member
- Cumberland County Empowerment Zone member
- President of the Cumberland County Black Hall of Fame
- Leadership of Cumberland County Board of Directors
- Cumberland County United Way Board of Directors
- Boys Scouts of America Southern New Jersey Council Inc. member
| The Bridgeton native is a graduate of Trenton State College. After graduating, he worked in the state and municipal court system. He has received recognition, honors and awards at local, state and national levels, for his outstanding dedication to community service.
